Tassel Ridge Winery presents OktoberWineFest Dinner

Celebrate OktoberWineFest at Tassel Ridge Winery! Enjoy a German-themed dinner that begins with a Mixed Baby Greens Salad with Pears, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, and Vinaigrette Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by Sauerbraten (Spiced Beef) served with Spaetzle (House-Made Small Dumplings) and Rotkohl (Red Cabbage) paired with Tassel Ridge American Reserve Merlot. Chef Frank’s special Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce will end the evening on a sweet note! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, then dinner seating at 6:30 pm.
