The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with Tero International to offer six sessions of leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2015.  All classes are limited to 24 participants.  This class will focus on:

The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership: learn the common practices of successful leaders.

  • Participants receive valid and reliable feedback about their current use of these practices through the use of a 360 degree assessment completed on-line, prior to the workshop
  • Participants learn how to improve in each of the leadership practices
  • Identify strengths and development opportunities
  • Discover perceptions others hold of them
  • Participants will make an action plan to continue their development
