Event Description:
A mobile health fair will be at the Newton Hy-Vee to help you on the road to wellness. Kick the morning off with a walk at 8:00 a.m., Zumba at 9 a.m., Zumba Kids at 9:30 a.m., and Yoga at 10:00 a.m. This stop will feature free blood glucose screenings, blood pressure checks, a kid-friendly obstacle course, food samples, coupons and more! Free reusable shopping bags for the first 200 attendees. Lunch options, including Chef Dale's Build Your Own Kabob grilling station, will be available for purchase from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Registration not required.
