Troy Cicero, President of MulticultuReal® Communications, Inc. is a dynamic, engaging and highly effective consultant, speaker, facilitator and trainer who established his company in 1994 with a compelling vision – a global leader in creating environments of inclusion. Affectionately known as “America’s Chief Skill Officer”, Cicero has created a formula and framework for individual and institutional accountability which encompasses eight strategic focus areas: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Cultural Competence, Leadership Development, Service Excellence, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, and Emotional Intelligence. At a time when knowledge and skill are critically needed to compete and co-exist in the workplace, marketplace, nation, and world, MulticultuReal is at the forefront of custom tools that are cutting-edge. Cicero’s clients include corporate, healthcare, education, banking, manufacturing, government, law, law enforcement, and non-profit organizations. Cicero holds a B.A. Degree in Marketing from Loras College, where he serves as Regent Emeritus. He is on numerous boards and has received numerous community awards. In his spare time, Cicero enjoys playing basketball, golf, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
